Ordering
All orders are made via the Internet. We do not accept orders in any other way than via our online store on our website. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained from the customer before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes us to suffer financial or other damage, report to the police. Ordering gives consent for the customer's e-mail to be registered in our list for newsletters, also consent is given for WellBeing24 HB to send newsletters to the e-mail address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cancellation
As long as your order has not left our warehouse, it is possible to make a cancellation. Contact us at info@wellbeing24.se, enter order number and full name. We then confirm whether it is possible to carry out the cancellation.
We are currently unable to handle additions to orders.
Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A feature of Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or a Klarna account - or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is just as safe.

Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
Standard Delivery
Fixed price from 29:- (regardless of the order's volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden.
Fixed price from SEK 99 for deliveries outside Sweden (regardless of the order's volume or weight).
Delivered to your nearest DHL or PostNord representative. Smaller shipments are sent to your mailbox.
Terms for delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. You will always receive a notification via text message, e-mail or letter showing where and when to pick up the package. If you do not pick up the package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of SEK 300.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to info@wellbeing24.se in the manner specified here. You must enter your name, address and order number. Regret form - Print and attach when returning.
If you do not want to use the above option for notification, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced (see www.konsumentverket.se)
14 days open purchase
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original packaging.
If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. Due to health and hygiene reasons, returns of fragrance oils are not accepted.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the article.
